I don’t personally have a client base, but I know individual professionals or companies that would love to join the program - can I still be a partner?Absolutely! If you have a connection with someone who you think would love to add a turnkey way of offering these treatments to their clients/network, you are welcome to become a partner and refer them. Whether it’s your own personal trainer, a local salon, a wellness influencer you know, a professional aesthetician network, etc, you’ll be able to receive a 4% commission from sales a professional partner makes or a 2% commission on sales from a company that becomes an enterprise partner.

What is NOT eligible for commission?Any lab test needed in order to prescribe or approve a treatment is excluded from the commission structure. Typically, these labs are paid directly to our laboratory services partner through their outside portal. Since these are payments to an external partner, we are unable to pull commissions from them. Additionally, because your clients will make these payments outside of premd.RX, these lab work purchases won’t be made through your partner link. This means you won’t have to worry about accounting for them when you are looking at your sales in your dash.

How long does the approval process take?It usually takes 1-2 business days for professional partner to be approved. If you are a company that would like to become a partner, we'll ask to schedule a call to discuss how to tailor our services to fit your business needs. We send your approval notification and partner link via email, so please be sure the email address you provided in your partner app submission is correct. If it's been longer than 3 business days and you have not heard from us please email info@premdrx.com.

How long does it take to make the $10,000 mark in sales in order to earn the $500 bonuses?Again, this varies based on the type of sale, but typically, it’s about 20 purchases at the $50 commission rate. Meaning, for example, if you have 20 clients purchasing a weight loss treatment every month, you could see $1,500/month in earnings ($1,000 commission + $500 bonus). If you have 40 clients, you could reach this every two weeks, earning $3000 per month. And if you have 10 clients, you could see about $500 per month, with a $500 bonus every other month.

How much money can I earn as a partner?Our professional partners earn 10% of any purchase made (excluding non-eligible commissions - see FAQ below). This includes new client purchases, as well as returning client re-orders, refills, or additional purchases. Most of our treatments are purchased on a monthly basis, with the average client staying on each treatment for 6-9 months or more. Earnings per purchase typically range between $30 and $120, with most falling in the middle of this range closer to the $50-60 mark. This may vary based on your client base/network and their interests, but you can use these numbers to get an idea of what you can expect to see in commissions on a monthly basis.

What is the payout method and frequency?We send payouts monthly via PayPal and ACH. You'll be able to set up your payment method in your dashboard. You'll also be able to track your sales, commissions, and payouts from your dashboard. Payouts are sent at the beginning of the month following a 30 day hold period.

Clients use your link to add the meds or products they'd like to their cart and check out. Anything that requires labs or telehealth visit wont be charged until after Dr approval (excluding lab and telehealth fee).

At checkout they'll complete a secure medical intake form. Our licensed physicians review their responses in minutes to determine if they're approved for treatment - no video or in-person visit needed!

Upon approval, the doctor completes the prescription and we process payment for the selected treatments. Once charged, the order is automatically sent to the pharmacy for immediate fulfillment. Orders are shipped out right away and are typically delivered along with instructions and any supplies within 1-3 business days.

They'll get easy-to understand instructions and any administration supplies they need with their delivery. They'll also get an invitation to join their dedicated patient portal. From here, we'll begin managing their patient experience - and you'll start collecting commissions.
